Black Summer Truffle and Mushroom Sauce in Jar
Potent Italian summer black truffles are combined with field mushrooms to create a delectable and versatile "truffle salsa" or sauce. Both the mushrooms and truffles are cooked in olive and lightly seasoned with garlic, salt, pepper and spices as in the traditional Urbani house specialty preparation.
