Our wholesale program is based on purchase frequency and/or purchase volume. The minimum order amount for all wholesale orders is $200. All wholesale purchases are limited to full product cases only. Case sizes vary and are available online on the product information pages of many of our products.

ORDERING
Once a wholesale account/order is approved, orders may be placed via email (wholesale@blackstargourmet.com) or over the phone (888-336-4441). Online wholesale ordering is not available at this time.

SHIPPING
Wholesale orders are shipped via DHL, FEDEX, UPS, or air freight. Since most of our products are perishable, overnight shipping will be used as a delivery method. If none of the products within an order are perishable, the entire order may be shipped via ground shipping, Shipping rates are calculated based on total weight shipped. PAYMENT
A major credit card is required for all purchases.

Prior to requesting a commercial account with Black Star Gourmet, please ensure that:

You are an incorporated business entity
You have a federal tax id
You are a company in the hospitality, food export or retail industry
