A fresh lobe of French duck foie gras, flash frozen to preserve its rich and buttery flavor. This premium, Grade A duck liver has been masterfully prepared by French foie gras giant, Rougie. Ever measure has been taken to ensure that the ducks remain healthy and well fed with all organic feed in order to produce only the finest foie gras that can proudly wear the Rougie seal. To defrost the fresh-frozen lobe, simply place in a cold water bath for about 2 hours, occasionally refreshing the water.
